SHIPPING & FREIGHT INFORMATION
At Wick & Flame, every candle is hand-poured to order and requires up to 2 days to cure and set before shipping. Once ready, your order will be carefully packaged and dispatched through trusted carriers.
We’ve partnered with shipping providers to negotiate competitive rates that balance volume, cost, speed and reliability. While shipping costs are not automatically calculated at checkout, the table below reflects the best available pricing for your order size and delivery speed.
Save more with combined shipping! When you purchase multiple candles, we’ll carefully pack them together so you pay less per item on freight.

We take great care to ensure your candles arrive safely and on time.
For a smooth delivery, be sure to select the shipping option that corresponds with your order’s candle
sizes & quantities. This prevents underpayment of shipping fees and avoids processing delays!

EXCHANGES
All custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
PRODUCT DAMAGE
In the event the product(s) were damaged during shipping, please email us as soon as possible and within 7 days of delivery to wickflamecandles@gmail.com . We will ship replacement product(s) within 5 business days, after receiving an email with photographic evidence of the damaged product(s) and shipping box. Replacement products will be exactly match your original order - no change in fragrance, jar size or wick allowed.
SALES TAX
We will collect and remit Sales & Use Tax for States as required by law. We do not impose Sales Tax on order shipped to States that we do not have a Nexus.
PRIVACY & CONSENT
When you browse our store, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
As part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, phone number and email address. You imply that you consent to our collecting of your information for that specific reason only. During the checkout process, your payment method is verified to complete the transaction, but Wick & Flame will never store your payment information.
When you subscribe to our mailing list, you grant Wick & Flame permission to send you emails about our store, new products and promotions.
If you change your mind after you opt-in, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information at anytime by contacting us at wickflamecandles@gmail.com
We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or if you violate our Terms of Service.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
